Ty Adams
Hello, my name is Ty Adams. I began working as the Conservation Technician for Clark SWCD in January of 2024. I attended Wittenberg University where I received a B.S. in Environmental Science in 2023. Before coming to Clark SWCD I spent a lot of time working in the construction field. While at Wittenberg, I completed an internship with National Trail Parks & Recreation District where, with the help of Dr. John Ritter, I was able to complete my first stream bank restoration project. Through this project I was introduced to aerial surveying with drones. I went on to receive a UAS remote pilot license and complete two aerial survey projects with Clark SWCD before graduating from Wittenberg. In my free time I enjoy being outdoors, and I go fishing and hiking as much as I can. As a lifelong resident of Clark County, I’m excited to be able to work with landowners in the community, and to make an impact on the conservation of our natural resources in the place I call home.
